Notes:
Made with Mosaic, Summit, Simcoe, Cascade, and Amarillo hops, it is bright golden in color and has intense tropical, dank, and grapefruit notes. By keeping the malt profile as light as possible, the interplay of hop flavors can really shine.

16oz can. No canning date information found.
Clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head retreats to an interrupted cap and ring.
Aroma of citrus, especially grapefruit with pith.
Taste is an intense integration of high hop and malt base. Flavors of peach, pear, apple. Also the sweet malt base.
Medium weight body feel. Some caramel body. Good carbonation.
Caramel and citrus hop create an attractive beer, with caramel acting as a base.
Excellent hop and malt expression, very expressive caramel carbs.

This is definitely IT. The ultimate west coast IPA that has it all. This will remain #1 until further notice. Pine and fruit hoppy bitterness that's clean and clear. You can't beat it.

Pours a fairly clear dark yellow with an inch or so of foamy white head that receded relatively quickly to a nice ring. Aroma has loads of citrus & tropical fruits. Taste is resinous, with the tropical notes lurking in the background, but definitely not hitting me between the eyes. Mostly dry, clean finish. Very drinkable beer.

Had on tap. Clear yellow pour with a fat finger of white foam. The key to the success of this one is how much fruit and hop bitters are extracted in a lush way, incredible. Smells of a cornucopia of ripe citrus and tropical fruits, with grapefruit, melon, passion fruit, orange, lime, and mango standing out in particular with dank and herbal hops. Taste opens up in a lushly juicy way up front, clementine and papaya add themselves to the standing out fruits and zests, hops are fresh bursting with dank and bitter botanicals. Feel is juicy before finishing with moderate bitterness, lush, fresh, yet clean and decently crisp. Surprised me how much this captured my palate

16oz can dated 5/24/21 poured into a Teku on 6/21/21.
Pours 1" of frothy, off-white creamy head. Translucent golden orange.
Aromas of pine, tropical fruit, and grass.
Flavors match the aromas with some bittering in the end.
Medium-bodied, effervescent, and slightly astringent mouthfeel.
A solid, good-to-great West Coast IPA of the tropical fruit and pine variety. Similar to Fremont Lush or Ft. George Vortex, but a bit more light and refreshing.

Pours straw gold with a finger of head. Dissipated to a white ring leaving soapy lacing. Lots of streaming carbonation. Smell is tropical fruit, cedar, bitter and dank hops. Taste follows suit. Very bitter with a nice follow up of tropical fruit. Feel is sharp and crisp.

On-tap in Nampa ID. The beer sits mostly clear pale gold in the snifter, with minor head lacing. Mellow dankess and malt sweetness, faint pineapple and hard candy on the nose. The palate unfolds with a bit more tropical fruit, coconut, piney bitterness...not overwhelming bitterness but present. Finishes relatively dry. A good IPA.

1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a brilliant golden hue and is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
It has a dank aroma along with citrus and pine.
It has a nice dank flavor. Citrus and pine fill out the flavor checklist.
Medium body and incredibly smooth on my palate.
This is a slick west coast IPA. Very enjoyable.

Sweet caramel and candied sugar, nice grapefruit and herbal bite. A very west coast IPA. Floral, herbal grapefruit bitterness on the finish. Solid carbonation, medium body, not too sweet or too bitter; good soft grapefruit zesty bitterness on the finish.

Look: Opaque light orange and my aggressive pour yields a billowing head that settles to lid, leaving good lacing as it does
Aroma: I could smell it strongly on the pour – melon, grapefruit, orange, mango, sugar coated strawberries, some pine, dank, and sweet malt notes
Taste: Orange, grapefruit, lemon, and lime hit hard up front with melon, mango, and dank following. Sweet bready malt makes its presence known before pine notes and a strong berry presence (strawberry, blueberry, gooseberry) lead to a nice bite on the finish
Mouthfeel: Full, a little slick, slightly viscous but not at all heavy feeling, medium-high carbonation, and nice dryness on the finish
Overall: This is a phenomenal IPA. Classic WCIPA aromas and flavors but lots of depth, variety, and all strongly present. This is one of my top IPAs from this state as it crushes all the categories – look, aroma, taste, and feel with ease. I’ve always wanted this available outside of the year-round 22oz. pounders they’ve always done so seeing the 4pk 16oz as I did today was an easy decision whether as to purchase – duh! So damn good

22 ounce bottle - bottled mid June.
Clear golden pour with 1+ fingers puffy white head.
Tropical fruit on the nose - mango, pineapple, tangerine - slightly resinous pine which increased as warmed - hint of caramel malt.
Taste of mildly sweet caramel malt, tangerine, mango, sweet ripe orange followed by soft building piney resinous hop bitterness.
Medium full mouthfeel with moderate carbonation - undoubtable hop bitterness but there is a smooth restraint that makes this deliciously drinkable.
What an IPA should be.

Bottle from HomeBrewStuff. Typical high quality and high caliber NW IPA, pungent aroma, big piney hops rule the taste, slightly astringent finish. Really tasty stuff, good looking pour with tons of sticky lacing.

Poured from a bottle into a point glass
Appearance – The beer pours a very lightly hazed orange amber color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades very fast leaving a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the beer is heaviest of a citrus aroma with lots of orange, tangerine and grapefruit. Along with these aromas comes some notes of a light cracker smell as well as a little bit of an herbal and earthy smell as well.
Taste – The taste begins with a dry cracker and lightly bready taste that has a decent showing of some citrus hop of a grapefruit nature. As the taste advances from the start some sweeter citrus of a tangerine and orange nature hits the tongue along with a little bit of caramel and a touch of tropical fruit. Some herbal and earthy tastes come to the tongue at the end leaving one with a drier and sort dank taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the thinner and crisper side with a carbonation level that is on the average side. For the mix of dank and citrus the feel is rather nice and creates a very easy sipper overall.
Overall – At first taste I didn’t really care for the brew, but the mix of dank, citrus, and dry really grew on me and I rather enjoyed this brew overall. A pretty nice sipper to say the least.

Served in shaker pint. Poured a clean, clear medium gold color with a half-inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
The aroma had a medium malt and grain base, topped with lots of pine and citrus hops.
The flavor profile was the same: that of a classic American IPA. Lots of bright hops, with just enough malt for backbone.
The body was what was expected for the style; medium full, with a semi-dry finish.
Overall, a solidly enjoyable brew. Hits all the right notes for the style, but doesn't stand out from the crowd either. Certainly worth your time if you see it.
