Very Good
Notes: A strong sour ale fermented with wild yeast and bacteria that pours a beautiful violet color. The Oregon-grown Gamay grapes used in this beer come to us courtesy of Tom and Kate Monroe of the SE Wine Collective. Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces for added complexity and cellarability. Wine and beer together forever!

Thanks to JLindros for sharing.

A - Poured a nice clear copper his hue with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps.

S - Aromas of light honey faint brett funk, nice grape musk.

T - Taste is similar to the nose loads off honey, nice funky brett, loads of grape musk, nice.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, alcohol hidden well.

O - Overall this was a solid beer, not sure it was worth the price but very fun.
