On tap at Mikkeller & Friends in Copenhagen.
Pours a clear reddish orange with some fine head.
Smell is oaky and floral with lots of chamomille, peaches, white wine and some jasmine.
Taste is tremendous, and very intense. Starts with loads of floral chamomille that leads in to a mouthpuckering sourness that gets balanced by some oak, white wine and a touch of bitterness. Great balance, and so much happening.
Mouthfeel is medium, maybe a little bit under carbonated, but the really is nitpicking.
Overall, and outstanding sour, powerful, yet subtle. Great stuff.
