this beer is amazing... i poured three quarters of the beer into my glass. laid the bottle on its side and rolled it around to get all of the unfiltered yeast off of the bottom. added it in on the final pour to go from bright and clear to creamy and thick. the smell was also amazing. sweet cirus notes. the taste was also outstanding sweet start sour middle todry finish just what i like. the mouthfeel was a little off putting kinda soft carbonation. could be better . over all one of my favorite local brews

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a bit of lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemony wheat are present in the nose. The smell becomes a little stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste mostly follows the smell, except that the lemon citrus flavors are a little stronger and there are some notes of spices towards the finish.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has some refreshing properties. It is a nice choice if you like lemony aromas and flavors.

Full Pint Brewing "White Lightning Wit"
12 oz. bottle, no apparent freshness dating
$1.99 @ Wegmans, Collegeville, PA

Notes: Quite cloudy, even in the bottle. Same in glass. Odd, lack of head retention. No lacing. Doesn't appear to have a lot of carbonation. Aroma is nice. Coriander, yeast, wheat, some citrus rind and juice. Flavor is better, adding some lemon and apple to round it out. Not over-spiced. Nicely balanced. Moderate bitterness leads into a dry finish accentuated by coriander spiciness. Carbonation is there, delicately bristling on the tongue; very fine-bubbled. Light-medium in body. Some acidity. Spot-on for the style with the exception of the clarity, which is still OK; and maybe it could use a touch more carbonation, but again OK. Charming. Remarkably drinkable. Need to find more from these guys.
