Bottle. This beer is officially named "King Kolsch."
Pours a light clear straw gold with a quarter inch of sugar white head that dissipates quickly to a lacing.
Smells of light grassy malts, buttered bread and a bit of cane sugar.
Flavor is of grassy malts with light bready undertones and some crispness.
Medium body with a sharp stinging carbonation on the tongue.
A good flavorful otherwise light beer, great balance, very easy to drink and refreshing, highly sessionable. Would definitely throw a few of these back on more than one occasion.

Pours from 12 oz..Clear golden color with a frothy white head that settles quickly. Aroma of crackers and herbaceous hops and a hint of white pepper. Taste is clean, crisp and dry with a toasted grain base and herbal/ grassy hops that give it his beer a unique freshness and zip to it. Very drinkable!

This is an enjoyable beer. I like kölschbier. This would get a higher rank from me if it were more true to a kölsch. It was a bit different. Not very crisp, bubbly, toasty as expected. More of a dense mellow malt beer. Also 6.2% vs. the typical sub-5 range of a kölsch. Good.

Pours a hazy dark straw color with half a finger of head. The nose is quite yeasty. The malt flavor is rather decent for the style. The classic Kolsch-style dry bitterness is there on the finish.
