Poured from a sealed growler into a chilled pint glass.
A: Pours a light golden color with a finger head. Excellent lacing retention that sticks to the glass throughout.
S: Huge hop bomb with a lovely piny, resinous aroma.
T: Oodles of floral hops with a nice piney aftertaste.
M: A medium like carbonation to it, very easy drinking.
O: My session IPA when I visit my buddy's cabin in NC 4-5 times a year. Always head to the brewery once or twice when I'm there and always leave with 4-5 growlers of Noon Day.

Drinking this at The Nantahala Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks clear, light Amber with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, grapefruit, orange sweet, piney.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice example of sessionable IPA that I would definitely order again.
Cheers!

I'm trying this beer at The Feed Table and Tavern in Chattanooga, TN. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had citrus peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.

22 oz. bomber, poured into ipa glass
looks - rich medium golden amber, slight haze, bubbles streaming up nicely...PERFECT HEAD, thick & dense, lacing bands...
Smell is fresh, abundant, a big citrus basket with other floral and green notes, maybe even a hint of dank in the shadows, like mountain river water...
Taste is lightly flash of sweet, full malt richness, and hoppy bitter green citrus and melon rind following of the nose...not too hoppy for new ipa lovers at 55 ibu, but enough for experienced hop fiends to appreciate . Well balanced for the ipa style, and a very good overall brew!
There is a real freshness in this beer that their local mountain water brings. Adequately carbonated just right, and a decent beer for a pretty small brewery .
Have since visited the brewery, and now am having a 6pack for the weekend...it's clear this time, not hazy, but every bit as good or better than the bomber was. Wasn't cold at the Ingles market, but after chillin it to 40-44t, this hits the spot today at 84F. 4.25 across the board! on my scale means worthy of repeated purchases!
