Hopulent IPA is a big beer with lots of complex malt flavor and excessive hops. This beer will have changes to the grain bill and seasonal hop changes. The character of Hopulent IPA is over the top, too much of everything—a real HOP HEADS DELIGHT!

I've had this a few times now, but by the time I finish it I'm not usually able to take down any fine or nice notes. The principal attraction here might be the strength to price ratio. But it has a robust hop aroma on its own. Sprite, dandelion and lime on the nose, and a little less sweet on the palate. But still inching towards a sweeter lime-like flavor.

Big strong beer out of Utah, on nitro tap at PreFunk. Pours out ultra creamy and thick, hop aroma much more subdued than the taste, which brings a blast of hops and malt. Lingering hoppy bitterness. Excellent!

Surprisingly tasty IPA sampled on tap at local gastropub. Looks absolutely incredible - golden color with a touch of haze, and then just beautiful rings of lingering lacing that stayed forever. I should have taken a photo of these rings, just breathtaking. Smells of some nice fruity zest hops - orange, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, mango - as well as some weaker malt, vanilla, bread, caramel and floral hops. Taste follows the nose, nice balance and good depth. Nice small hit of bitter hoppiness at the end. Smooth, mild, slightly creamy and sticky mouthfeel, great amount of carbonation. An excellent beer from an always-solid brewery.

First pour from the keg, nitro tap. A nice amber color with a thick and creamy head. I was expecting a stronger aroma but the hop is good. A different taste for an IPA. Not sure this is for me. It has a creamy texture and the mouthfeel is good. Overall I am disappointed. I thought this was going to be a stupendous beer but the taste put me off. Epic is usually fantastic. On draft at Ron’s Corner Tavern.

On tap at Industry Public House with Leah on our one night escapade thanks to Beth. Nice solid hoppy imperial. Smooth mouth feel. It bursts as Leah says!
