We took our double gold medal winning Brainless Belgian, added organic peach puree and aged it in French Chardonnay casks from Sawtooth Winery. Drink from a Pinot glass, serve on the warm side of cold, it develops nicely as it warms displaying more fruit and wine.

Pretty good but I prefer the sour version of this beer!

Pours clear, gold in color with minimal head and high carbonation. Taste is banana, clove, grass, with peaches and white wine on the finish. Sugary sweetness shows as it warms. High carbonation, slightly sweet, dry, with light body. Tastes like a wine/saison mix. Definitely better as it warms. Could have a couple.

24oz bottle poured into glass.
Look: off gold, with medium white head.
Smell: clove, bannana, pepper, and peach.
Taste: clove and banana at first, then peaches. The peaches are more present as the beer warms up.
Feel: strong carbonation stands out, alchol is hidden.
Overall: this beer gets better as it warms up.

Pours a pretty light peachish red with noticeable carbonation and little head.

Oak, peaches, and a touch of funk.

Peachy but not overwhelmingly fruity, the barrel and funk add some complexity and there is a pleasant tartness.

Light-medium bodied, high carbonation, crisp, dry.

Overall, not nearly as good as I was hoping, but decent nonetheless.

Pours a hazy golden color with a white head and plenty of lace. Aroma of Belgian yeast and some chardonnay notes. Flavor follows the nose with some peach flavors along with Belgian yeast and wine notes. Mouthfeel is full bodied and smooth, pretty nice. Overall, its a decent Belgian ale aged on peaches, though the sum may not equal all the parts. It is a strong beer though, and that has to be respected. This beer is best in small doses.

Release #80. 10.5% ABV. Pours a flat, pale golden hue. Not much too look at but giving this brew the benefit of the doubt due to the style it's going for. (Which is...?)

Smell has a light sourness, along with some yeasty funk and dry wood. Very faint peach and apricot.

I decided to drink this more like a carbonated wine more than anything at this point. Tons of dry wood from the oak, tons of bubblegum and clove, tons of white grape, tons of spice, a bit of peach skins and apricot. This brew has flavours all over the board, not necessarily in a good way. The peaches that are on ad here are blanketed by the mess of other flavours at play here, not to say it tastes bad, but tastes confusing. The balance is just not there.

Finishes surprisingly light for the ABV and overly dry. An interesting, overly priced brew.
