Unfortunely I found this beer at Smiths, not knowing Epic made them. I will not buy them again, FUCK!

Pours a cloudy pale dark yellow color, some carbonation, a nice little white head, with some sticky lacing left behind. The nose is slightly yeasty, biscuity, malty, with some corinader notes. The taste is slightly hoppy, bitter, yeasty, with some malts, and coriander. Medium body. Overall this brew is not that bad, but I've had way better witbiers before. Definitely would not recommend. What a waste of money. I guess the only way they can sell their shit is to re-badge it. ASSHOLES!

Cloudy yellow colored beer with a small white colored head.

Smells of wheat malt and banana and spice. Mild coriander and a clove and ginger spice. Smells sweet with some honeysuckle scent.

Starts out sweet and grainy with a nice flavor. Mild bitterness and more body than most 4% beers. Coriander and spice do not over power the basic wheat malt flavor. Mild and subtle yet pretty tasty.

Mouthfeel is good.

Overall pretty tasty for a Utah 4% beer from Smiths. I will buy this again.

Pours a bright golden yellow liquid. Smells like bananas and nuts. Tastes like lemon and spice in the center. Well balanced and tasty. One good domestic witbier that you might enjoy.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a good-sized foam in the Saxo ale glass. Pleasantly sudsy in the mouth. Aroma is lemony, yeasty, and touched with banana.

This has quite a bit of the Belgian flavor with a zesty tang. Rather sweet and quite malty tasting. Spice is moderate, and there is be more of the Hefeweizen aste than typical Witbiers. This is actually one of the better American-style Wits I've had, seeming to benefit from the mix of styles.

This style seems to work well within the Utah 4.0 ABV requirements for draft and supermarket beers. I wonder if there are some other Belgian-inspired recipes that would be flavorful as low-alcohol brews. From the 22 oz bottle bought at Smith's in Cottonwood, which has a pretty good selection.
