With an average of 300 sunny, blue bird, days a year in Denver, one of the best "lift tickets" you can find is a refreshing German Pilsner Malt lager. This handcrafted lager is brewed in Colorado, home to many Epic adventures and many great lagers.

Note: actually brewed in Epic's Denver, Colorado location...
The pour revealed a pale yellow body with good carbonation and a thin, white head. Light malt aroma with classic mild, spicy hop component. Light grain flavor with a peppery hop undertone. Crisp, clean, dry finish.
A very well-balanced and very tasty example of a classic lager style. Easy drinking and easy to love...

22 ounce bottle, no dating.
Pours a clear straw gold, great head of foam even with a slow pour. Damn good with the lacing.
Smells grainy, sweet malty, hints of grassy hops.
Taste has caramel malt, light grain, fairly assertive grass and lemon citrus. The hops are almost noble like what you get in a Pils.
Good body, light carbonation.
Dang, this is a tasty Lager. I'm glad I bought 2 bottles. ~$10 for the 2. Not cheap but quite satisfying.

Love this pilsner. Have had it several times at the brewery and in a bomber. Always a solid pilsner!
