A golden American style pale ale using Cascade hops at four different points in the boil. Well balanced with a malty mouth-feel and a hoppy citrus bite.

Served in pint glass on tap at Ferguson Brewery. Slight copper color with medium head that fell in a minute. Decent lacing. I don't taste much citrus but I'm a Citra/mosaic addict.. Good mouth feel with a dry finish. I'd have another.

A: Served a nice slight reddish color (copper?) with a decent head.
S: Nice light citrus smell. Some grains and caramel comes through.
T: Again a nice light citrus taste. A little bit of sweetness but not too much. It does finish dry.
M: Light to medium body. Goes down very easy.
O: Very good. I enjoy APA's. My only complaint is that this is rather light and seemed to be borderline with a watered down type of taste. It definitely wasn't but was close. I happen to think that is a risk with light to mediumm bodied APA's or wheats.

This APA was served on tap, in a pint glass. It poured a copper color and it produced a nice white head. Head retention was average and it did produce a little lacing. The aroma contained caramel malt, with a bit of citrus hop. The taste of the pale ale was sweet, it was nicely hopped and it finished dry. Medium in body, well balanced. Overall good session beer, still average.

A: Served a copper color with a nice head that fades slowly with some lacing.
S: Has a nice citrus aroma with traces of caramel mixed in. The hint of fresh grain makes it inviting.
T: Taste is a mixture of crisp citrus and caramel sweetness. a touch of bitterness and a quite dry finish round it out.
F: Medium body, quite well balanced. It's very clean fresh and goes down easy.
O: very enjoyable, solid drinker. Good for a few. Goes good alone or with a meal. Well worth a try.

Pours a clear, dark amber color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of floral hops, slight yeast, and slight sweet malt. Fits the style of an American Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and creamy with an average carbonation level. Tastes of floral hops, sweet malt, slight citrus, slight yeast, and a hint of roasted malt. Overall, a good blend, mouth feel, and average aroma and body.
