12oz bottle undated from AC. Dark amber/caramel color and toasted malt nose. Cola, root beer roasted malt taste, a little like drinking cream soda. Not our favorite type of beer.

Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is toasted grain, woody hops, and cereal. Medium bodied, high carbonation and slightly bitter…Makes for an above average but solid altbier.

A: The beer is relatively clear amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that died down, leaving a layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of toasted malts and noble hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a good balance between the malts and hops. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is well balanced and is a good representation of the style.
