Nothing exciting but highly drinkable none the less. Bitingly carbonated.

L: Slightly hazed bright gold with an enormous foamy white head. Excellent long-lasting retention, with sheets of lacing.

S: Really bright, fruity and floral Mosaic aspects. Tart pineapple, lemon zest, white peach, cracker malt, guava, clover. Very fragrant.

T: Big pineapple, lemon, peach, and guava upfront. Followed by cracker with a hint of honey. Trails off with green tea, honeydew melon, and that typical earthy dankness, although only mildly. Just a hint of bitterness. Deceptively crisp, clean, and lightly dry.

F: Medium-light, well carbonated, crisp, clean, and crushable.

O: An excellent showcase of Mosaic hops, huge aroma, and one of the best Barrier IPAs I've had thus far.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a two finger high bright white head that took a very long time to die down, eventually leaving a half finger high head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of citrus, grass, and tropical fruits are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of citrusy and tropical fruit hops along with hints of herbs in the finish. There is only a slight amount of associated bitterness from the hops.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: There wasn't anything about this IPA that blew me away, but I thought that the Mosaic hops did contribute a nice variety of aromas and flavors to the smell and taste.

Canned on date of 04/05/17

Appearance - Pours hazy and pale, golden yellow with an off-white, frothy two-finger width head. Good retention, resulting in a thin, consistent layer of suds across the surface and a thick ring around the edge of the glass. Good amount of lacing, with broken sheeting tapering off to spotting.

Smell - Lightly juicy and fruity, with hints of citrus and stonefruit.

Taste - Soft, tame notes of peach and orange upfront. Yeasty character. Light earthiness hits mid-taste before it develops a grapefruit pith bitterness as it approaches the finish, and it becomes the prominent flavor in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair carbonation. Soft, silky mouthfeel with a slightly dry and faint chalkiness in the finish.

Overall - Decent beer that drinks better than it tastes. Not that there's anything off with the flavor, it's just not particularly stand-out or interesting.
