Barrier Money is an example of a brew that is demonstrably different from a previous incarnation. Contrast my 2016 review with current reviews. there should be an option to provide a second review. Possibly even separate the listing into two parts, Old Money and New Money. You lose historical information if a new review has to replace an older one.
Similar things occur elsewhere where different brews with similar branding are available at the same time. Carlsberg announed that it was improving (?) its Britain formula (previously "Possibly the best beer in the world". Labatt's Blue US is owned by FIFCO (and brewed at Molson) while Blue in Canada is owned by ABInbev. Do these taste the same? No guarantee. A similar situation exists for Modelo/Corona US (Constellation) and Mexico (ABInbev). There should be some thought as to a separation based on corporate ownership and formula variations.

Copenhagen 10/8 2020. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Thug with the mouth full of gold teeth with the word MONEY engraved in them on the can. Pretty cool and detailed. And they surely drives the point home.
Pours hazy yellow with big, stable white head. Settles as soft carpet of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet malty aroma and some exotic fruits peeking in. Citric notes. Bread and caramel. Peach and pineapple. Grape fruit and lime. Moderate lacing.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Appropriately bitter without being extreme and smooth without being (totally) flat.

A hazy gold/orange color. Large, fluffy white head. Impressive lace.
Citrus aroma, sweet malt, pine.
Grapefruit, orange early in the taste, with bitter pine finish.
Nice balance, good beer.

Hazy yellow brew fluffy white head, wonderful lacing. Tropical smells of pineapple, melon,
Juicy citrus blast on the taste, but powered with robust malty backbone, and some noticeable alcohol warmth. Transition to full sweet hoppy finish, delectable for a lengthy time, with a peachy feel complimented with melon and apricot tones . Pleasant IPA with robust flavors.

It was IPA night for me a Painter’s Restaurant this evening. Nothing but IPAs thee whole day!
I had this beer on tap, poured into a shaker pint. Cloudy, darkish yellow color with a good white head and excellent curtain lacing. Smell and taste is citrusy. The smell8# subdued but the taste is fun and interesting. Taste is of sweet citrus orange and tangerine and lime. Hoppy bitter finish. Some dankness and a bit of pleasant herbs. Nice feel and overall a tasty IPA.

Pours a straw yellow with a billowing satin white foam that laces the glass very well. Excellent head retention.
Nose is dry and fruity. Mostly bitter grapefruit with a soft, peppery lemon verbena and slight eucalyptus like note on the back end.
The flavor is intense and tropical, but not tangy. Mild hint of pineapple jam upfront. Lots of bittersweet grapefruit and orange essence. Transitions into a flambeed citrus, sort of caramelized orange peel note. Nice touch of honeycomb and caramel briefly midpalate. Granola very briefly. Hoppy but not aggressively so on the finish; with soft, spicy hints of lemon verbena and maybe a very, very light note of eucalyptus or spearmint way in the background, not sure if that's just my imagination though.
Creamy and dense mouthfeel to this. Moderately carbonated and bittersweet / dry / tropical. Alcoholic heat profile is low, especially for a 7.3% beer.
Overall this is a very solid IPA. In my opinion, this is Barrier's flagship beer. As someone who lives in the area, I've tried a lot of local IPA's over the years and in my opinion, this is probably the best IPA made on Long Island as of 2023.

Poured copper in color, but not as clear as a lot of IPAs. Head is off white with a glass gripping lacing. Nose is piney. Taste is also piney. Afterwards is not as great as I had hoped, wanted some extra bitterness....but overall great beer!

I'm confused. The can is not the one pictured here. However, it's 7.3% ABV. 16 oz can. Nose is pineapple, grapefruit, hops. Taste is very hoppy and fruity. Dank. The IBU's are more than what is listed. It has to be Ccoser to 90 IBU's. Pine and hops overrule the citrus and fruit qualities. Dry finish. Bitter in the middle and finish. If you are hop head, seek out this beer. I would definitely buy the 4-pack again if it weren't for the $16.99 price tag. This was canned 2 1/2 months ago. I'd love to try it at a fresher date.

Poured an orange-gold body with large, frothy head that leaves lace patches all down the glass. The aroma has hoppy smells that are earthy, floral, springlike, as well as touches of maltiness. Smooth, clean, crisp, a good touch of sticky malts like caramel are underneath a mostly mild and springlike citric hoppiness that makes for an easy to drink beer with a clean, smooth finish.
