L: light orange, cloudy, nice white head and lacing
S: lots of tropical and citrus fruits
T: similar to the nose, not as juicy as I was expecting
F: a little astringent, not as creamy as I hoped
O: this one may have been past it’s prime, but it’s nothing special

16oz pour at New Bohemia
Very creamy feel, tropical notes for days. This is like eating a hop nugget encased in melted-down pineapple hard candies. Delicious
Top-tier milkshake IPA

Canned 1/2/20
Pours a lightly cloudy dark orange with 3 fingers of white head that slowly reduces to about a finger cap, decent lacing
Definitely heavy mango in the aroma but it feels generic, some light bitter hop that's not very aromatic, not picking up the pineapple
Taste is sadly most of the same, with just more in your face hops. Disappointing, it's neither a bold ipa or bold in fruit flavor, just bland
Almost no carbonation but at least it drinks light, finishes too sweet. Would be at least a little better if it had a crisp finish
I know it's 3+ months old, but fuck, hops shouldn't fade this fast. Just a disappointment that got worse as it went on, would be better as a sour ipa, which would even then be mediocre at best

Cloudy light amber color. Rich head which never fully dissipates. Moderate blanketing of lace.
Straight up bittering hop aroma. Rather nondescript. There's a nice base pale malt that seems to linger throughout the smell.
Relatively thin with an elevated carbonation level. The malt holds up...in the background. The bitterness is stronger but also nondescript. This is a decently well balanced IPA with enough complexity to keep it interesting. Still, it's rather run-of-the-mill for the style.
