[Suggested Glassware: Weizen Glass]
The pour was a hazy dark yellow amber with a large (2-3 finger) white pillowy head that slowly receded, down to a thin cap which was mostly lasting and had good sticky streaky lacing.
The aroma was of a light grain malt, mild floral hops and a soapy musty yeast with notes of coriander, citrus (clementine) and a light scent of peppercorns.
The taste was lightly malty with a mild citrus sweetness in the beginning, and then had a moderate influx of yeast and a bit of spice, with the finish having a slight citrus peel bitterness and a touch of pepper at the end. The flavor lingered for quite a while following the swallow, with a mildly spicy yeast taste left behind lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was a few steps beyond light in body with a creamy dry texture and a carbonation that went a just little above medium.
Overall I really liked this Witbier, it possess lots of yeasty citrus flavor along with a mild spiciness making it extremely enjoyable and easy to drink. Although, I expect nothing less for this brewer who never seems to disappoint...

From the can in the 2021 Clown Shoes Christmas pack, it pours a hazy amber color with a nice head that slowly reduces. The nose gets spices and light malt. The mouth gets a light malt flavor with spice. Smooth feeling and easy drinking.

12oz can, tulip, best by 1/31/22.
Hazy gold with a medium head that’s faded quickly.
I’m immediately reminded of Shock Top. It’s got bitter orange peel and coriander, the usual stuff, and soft wheat.
Very similar in the mouth. Spiced orange peel and wheat. It finishes with a lingering bitterness.
It’s light, pretty spritzy, and finishes matte.
Good flavor, definitely reminds me of Shock Top as I think I mentioned.

I didn’t think I would like this as much as I did. The clementine part is sublime. It is mostly a garden variety white ale, I’d say, but finishes nicely.
