Aged 2 years in the dark.

Coffee brown to black, with a beige-brown head that sticks around. Nice display.

There was no spill-over when i uncapped it, so im surprised to get the cherry notes that i do. Light sour cherry notes underneath some light acidic coffee and roast malts. As it warms it develops hot chocolate and fudge notes.

Taste is of burnt cardboard, oak, molasses, burnt toast, leather - quite a bit of it, edamame, rolled tobacco, light chocolate cake, and a finish of dark coffee.

Feel is slick, with mild carbonation and a mildly roasty finish.

Overall, it's something I'd like to try fresh some day, but I'm not incredibly impressed with this beer anyways.

Pours black with a finger of caramel-colored head. Head retention is fair, with no lacing left behind. Aroma is roasty, and toasty malts with medium-roast, milk chocolate, lactose, and caramel showing up behind. Lovely dark and hearty aroma. Flavor profile is smooth milk chocolate that swells to roasted and toasted malts. Medium-roast coffee finishes this beer well, just giving it a slightly bitter sting on the finish. Mouth feel is medium-thin, with a slightly water edge at the start. It firms up, forming a bolder, thicker feel as the beer warms. Overall, a great stand-by stout featuring coffee and chocolate. It strikes a nice balance between the thin, crushable stouts and the hearty, 5-course meal stouts.

Served in a 12oz snifter from a 22oz bottle.

An ephemeral head and lacing of the same nature. The body is dark with absolutely not light breaking through its contents. Smells of dark aged malt, a slight coffee booze with a dry woodiness. The taste is of the same nature with all traits excepts a slight cocoa flavor before a powerful dry polish which lasts for a long duration. Not for the sweet stout lovers by any means.

Black color with mocha head. Aroma has roasted malt, molasses, milk chocolate and some liquorice. Taste is rich and roasty with chocolate malt and some savory notes. Medium plus body with soft carbonation. A legit american style imperial stout.

Clown Shoes Undead Party Crasher, 10% ABV, 80 IBU. Pours thick and black with a middle finger of tan head which left decent lacing. Nose is roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. Taste follows, with perhaps a drop of licorice/anise, and a moderate bitter close. As it warms, the chocolate/cocoa really comes out. Excellent mouthfeel, overall outstanding.

Strong, fragrant notes of gingerbread, delicious. Urges one to celebrate Yule with the Undead.

Black color with just below medium carbonation. Nice full feel despite the light carbonation. Aroma is coffee, roasted malts, cocoa and a bit of alcohol. Taste is identical but there is an unusuall taste which seems like smoke or wood. It is a great beer that I would definitely get again as it was an excellent imperial stout

Pours a very dark black with a dark brown head. Smells of coffee, sweet chocolate, and roasted malts. Tastes of sweet mocha, coffee, roasted malts, and a little alcohol. Very very thick body with medium carbonation. Overall this is an absolutely incredible stout. One of the best.

The beer pours a very nice brown and creamy head that does not really dissipate but is reduced to a film around the inside of the glass. The beer itself is a very nice looking dark chocolate black with a chocolate syrup (or very well melted chocolate ice cream) like texture that betrays a good bit of heft.

The smell and taste are both good but the taste is a bit better and more interesting. The smell has strong milk chocolate notes and moderate bourbon aged notes. The roasted malt notes make an appearance but are fairly light. The taste is very interesting and pretty good. In addition to the Bourbon notes and milk chocolate with the light roasted malts; the taste includes bits of wooden and lightly smoked hickory with what tastes like ash that adds a lot of character to this beer.

The feel is good. It has a heavy body and is fairly creamy with none of the thinness that normally occurs with barrel aging. The beer has very light carbonation to it which gives it a good fuzziness and a tiny bite.

Overall, a fantastic beer worth getting because of its unique taste notes which may or may not be because of the vampire ash.
