A hazy pale straw color, an enourmous high white head that settles fizzily but leaves some lacing.

Smelling of yeast and spices, a whiff of green apples.

Starting with dextrose green fruits, then yeast, spices. Some clean bitterness, but mostly acid notes.

Exreme carbonation, rather fresh texture, a small body and semi-dry finish.

The bottled variant seems to have problems with too much and uneven secondary fermentation. Started to fizz out, and almost exploded when opened. Half went down the sewer. In all not worth the price.

This one I had at the brewery right from the tanks...

A: Pours pale and hazy, a high airy white head settles after a while and leaves great lacings.

S: Yeast and spices. Malt and fruit, mainly citric but also green apples. Lots of floral hops in the back.

T: Very refreshing. Yeast, spices. Lots of suttle fruity notes; oranges, green apples, lemons and some grapefruit. Quite some bitterness. Some tart in the back, and even some acid notes.

M: Aftertaste lingers longer than in other Saisons I've had earlier; bitter and fruity. Body is light and carbonation quite rich.

O: This is the best beer from Ängöl yet. Complex! It won the bronze medal at Stockholm Beer & Whisky 2011 (in the Ale Belgian above 6.0% class, beaten only by La Trappe Quad and Achel Bruin)...
