Two 12oz bottles poured into a large stein (label said to pour it into a Weizen glass, but I just couldn’t)
4.4% ABV
thanks to MaryLou & Kim for giving me a membership to the Original Craft Beer Club - this was in the December box
date stamped 21012134B121
L: hazy amber body; tall & frothy off-white head holds great retention
S: juicy citrus, tropical fruit
T: zesty grapefruit & orange, piney mango, herbal & grassy; light caramel
F: medium body, effervescent carbonation, zesty finish with mild bitterness
O: decent but the flavors didn’t meld well for me

Enjoyed this one with some friends by the pitcher at Sully's on Hobo Day. Couldn't have asked for anything more on that warm fall day filled with shenanigans. A tasty, less bitter, more tangerine than grapefruit hoppy pale ale.

Pours a deep golden-orange
Smells of pine and grapefruit
Tastes a delightful combo of tang hops and only slightly spicey... coriander I think
The beer went down real easy like :) I enjoyed the session and overall thought it was a good summer brew !

Thank you garymuchow for this!
22 oz bottle poured into a pint glass
A- A clear golden amber with a two finger white head.
S- Citrus, light fruits, some what dank, nice light malt backbone.
T- Cirtus, faint grapefruit, piney/slightly dank finish, toasted malts, some sweet malts.
M- Smooth, crisp, light body.
O- A solid pale ale, a light on body, but very drinkable. Simcoe adds a lot of great hop character, definitely worth trying.

Poured into my Old Style bomber glass.
Sweet, fresh, fresh fruit, clean. Almost like fresh fruit juice is added. Not much for malt in the aroma.
Smallish head and darker body than many - amber towards brown, orange, dark gold. Mostly clear. Lacing becomes heaver as it lowers in the glass and the head stays dense through out the experience.
Malt is here with a nice crunchy toasted character, but this is certainly a session brew with a lightness to the flavor and body that is consistent with this type. Hop flavors are not as impressively good as in the aroma. - lighter on fruit, a bit tart, even a touch of spice - equally complex as aroma but different in context. The bitterness is a rather soft and esp. for the standard of this style in this part of the country (Summit EPA), but lays nicely on the tongue for soft bittering and moderately lengthy experience.
Lighter body but consistent with session beer. Perfectly carbonated with enough without excess.
This is a well crafted beer. The hop profile is especially well done. The relative cleanness of the yeast is nice but seems to add just a touch of character. As it warms it continues to develop flavors. Nice.

A: Brilliant gold with a snow white, lacy 1” foam cap.
S: perfumey, light minty nose.
T: Fruity, pear and pear drop candy palate with graham cracker and grain.
Finishes dry with a little astringency and citrusy hops.
M: Creamy, medium body and carbonation.
O: This beer packs in much more flavor that its 4.4% abv would suggest. Sessionable.
