After some gushing from this 2006 bottle, it pours a cloudy colour of rust. The foam is small but long lasting. The lacing. .superb.
The smell is dry and musty. Very much wine like for the dry and musty as in there's a lot of Brett character. Pretty amazing aromas in my book.
The taste is just as good as the smell. Strong Brett complimenting a super dry wine like taste. Mildly tart, earthy as all hell, a treat to drink.
Good mouthfeel. .the carbonation is a bit high, imho.
9 years old and quite entertaining.
