Pours copper with a nice white head. Aroma is herbal and maybe some spiciness, lemon peel, grassy, along with some graininess from the lager yeast. Flavor pretty much followed suit. A heavier, medium bodied but active mouthfeel. Overall, this was maybe my favorite of the few kolsch style beers I have tried. Would happily drink this over and over throughout the summer were this ever to be offered in bottle form.
