One of those places (long known to residents of northern Colorado) that has been on my radar for a few years, but I just never made it to. Their reputation for great German beers precedes them, hence I have no real excuse why it took me so long to make it up there.
Tucked into a retail warehouse park, finding it can be a little tricky since the streets aren't all labeled. Here's a hint - it's in Anasazi park, a bit past the traffic circle, on the right.
Once you find the general area it's thankfully pretty tough to miss. They have their logo painted on their retractable garage door and another logo on the entrance.
Once inside, it's the standard warehouse brewery...but if you aren't looking carefully you won't notice that it's a warehouse. The walls are covered with their bottle artwork, the tables are all handmade and branded, and there's even a large LCD TV with the current beer line-up as well as the ingredients, ABV, fermentables, styles, etc.
Pretty nice!
This day they had 10 different beers and you could get everything from samples, to tasters, to pints, to 1L masses.
The flight was made up of a mix of mostly German-based beers, but with some historical recreations and some British styles tossed in, too. They had an alt, dunkel, German porter, weiss, rauchbier, honey wheat (Kottbusser), English brown, barleywine, export stout, & Berliner weiss with more coming in the next week.
Everything ranged from good to great, and their dunkel, porter, and weiss were standouts that I really enjoyed. I also like the Grimm's fairy tales theme for their line-up, too. Why not have a little fun with your naming conventions?
The staff was nice, and there were snacks you could order although it seems, like most brewpubs, most people just bring their own food.
Good beers, a cool place, and even a fun theme.
A definite new must-stop for me on my treks north.

Great little brewery in Loveland. The service is hit or miss. But the beer is tasty.

Nestled away in an industrial park, the brewery is a great little spot to visit. You walk in to plenty of table seating in a wide open area, with the bar located straight to the back. The staff was friendly and cordial, but not necessarily overly knowledgeable regarding the products. We were there on a Saturday night, and there were really only 5 or 6 people there, but some of the questions about the beer styles, brewing process, etc were either sidestepped or completely answered incorrectly. The beers were good, and there were about 8 on tap, with a cask and nitro-tap, too. Beer to go in growlers, bombers, and six-packs. Plenty of swag throughout, too. Bar snacks available gratis, including pretzels and nuts.
