I like coming into this store very much. I go to three different liquor stores here in Pueblo and when im looking to purchase a good craft bomber, I go to Hercules. Every time I've been in this store I spent at least twenty minutes looking over their bomber and talking to the two owners. Awesome mom and pop store. Only reason for the 4 on selection is strictly the size of the store. Overall great liquor store

Small but good. May not look like much from the outside but they had a great selection inside. The co-owner was very knowledgeable and suggested a couple of beers that I had yet to try and they were great. Stop in for a variety of beers that most larger liquor stores do not have.

Stopped in this place for the first time this week. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that mislead you. As other reviewers have stated, the service was excellent. I learned about some new beers and some distribution patterns, which is always good! The owner listened to me carefully, and then made a recommendation. The selection in the store was very good - several hard to find beers were on the shelf. The prices were right in line with the other stores in the city. I'll be back, that's for sure.

This place looked small from the outside (albeit very easy to find) but had a great selection of hard-to-find beers. The people there were very friendly and knowledgable The proprietors were happy to ensure that we were informed of all the available beers, including those kept in back due to space constraints The choices were excellent and this is easily the best selection of out-of-state small-run beer varietals in town. We will be back every time we are home for a visit to pueblo.

Thank you for a great experience.

I was doing a brewery tour in Colorado and ended up in Pueblo to visit a buddy of mine. I checked BA and saw this place had an A+ so that is where I went!

The dude there immediately noticed that I was into beer and struck up a conversation. Very friendly and very knowledgeable on beer. He suggested a few Colorado beers that I had never heard of that ended up being great.

The selection is pretty decent for the size of the place. Quite a few Colorado brews and a good selection of other craft and imports.

Overall a really great place. One of the better ones I visited on my vacation. Definitely the place to go to in Pueblo.

On my way back from vacation out in Utah, we passed through a small town called Pueblo to spend the evening. Deciding I hadn't purchased enough Colorado beer to take home, I made my morning mission to find a stop to at least pick up some New Belgium six packs. (I assumed it would be easy to find Fat Tire pretty much anywhere.) I wasn't expecting much from a small town, but when I stopped in Hercules I was pleasantly surprised!

They had beer! And lots of it, for such a tiny unassuming place. The staff member working helped me pick out some great finds, even going to far as to tell me beers they had in the back they could bring out for me. Ended up taking home plenty of goodies not distributed back home. (The Abyss, RR Supplication, some Lost Abbey, Ska Modus Hoperandi, Fat Tire, etc...) Excellent service and I highly recommend stopping by! Some gems in this place. I would have picked up far more if I would have had a higher beer budget!

Very small place, but looks can be deceiving and this place sure is. Sort of off the beaten path a bit but Mike and Chris have a great selection of micro brews and local stuff as well to choose from. Picked up several great brews while I was there including Abyss '10, Mirror Mirror, Elysian BiFrost, RR Damnation, Rochefort 10, some Odell brews I can't get back home, and a few others. They are still growing so I'm pretty sure there are more great things to come. Customer service in the form of Mike and Chris is top notch, keep it up!!

I picked up some great beers at Hercules liquors. From the outside the shop looks very unassuming, but don't let that fool you. The owners, Chris and Mike, have done an awesome job with setting up their shop. I love the idea of creating my own 4 pack from the great selection of hard to find brews. I get to try all those 750 ml beers that have glaring at me from behind the cooler door, but at an affordable 12 ounce price. Both the guys were very knowledgeable and able to help me pick out exactly what I was looking forward to. I can't wait to go back for seconds. Prost!

Owned/Ran by Mike & Chris. Small but well selected arrangement of micro brews from Colorado, and various other states as well. Also well selected mini collection of world class imports. It's a new store, so they're still growing in selection every month. Progressively gaining more and more well crafted ales, and just plain good beers. Seems like every time I stop by, there's something new, or news of something new coming in. Seem to be getting in more and more hard to find beers as well. These guys are great. Really friendly, customer oriented, and really do care about bringing GREAT beer to Pueblo. Also at a really great price compared to others. You don't meet too many beer store owners in Pueblo that actually care about, and enjoy good beer. These guys are the exception. Great little store!
