On tap at the Hector brewpub. A cool breeze is running through and the view of Seneca Lake is beautiful.

A: The cream ale is a golden yellow color, crystal clear and quite attractive. The view is interrupted only by a steady stream of bubbles. A thin white head, wispy after a few minutes, comes with the pint.

S: The cream ale is sweet, very biscuity with a light hop finish. The ale is very light but, as evidenced by the taste, firm.

T: The biscuity sweet malts stand out in each sip, a graininess that is rich and chewy. The carbonation level is nice, stripping the sweetness away in each sip. That sweetness, though, returns with each new sip. The pale malts do a good job here. Hops are mild but come through late in each sip. A very light but flavorful beer to drink while taking in the view.

M: Creamy and sweet, the lightness of the ale doesn't skimp on flavor. A clean ale that suits Two Goats' roast beef sandwiches nicely.

Poured a bright light copper hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.

The smell featured a touch of honey and a light grassy hop.

The taste consisted of upfront sweet malts with a cleansing hop.

The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.

Overall a tasty ale.

This cream ale has a body that is a light shade of gold. Like the other two goats beers, it has a healthy-looking white head that is soapy and boasts good retention and lacing.

The aroma is very sweet, with accents of hop and grain.

The beer is aggressively sweet with well-attenuated pale malt. This sweetness definitely dominates the beer, but as it subsides a bit a hint of grain comes through, and a small amount of bitter hops pop up in the finish to help balance out the beer.

Light bodied but smooth feeling.

This one is a little too sweet for me, but it is still pretty well-done, and it is a great idea to use this one to try to win over less adventurous beer drinkers.

Visited the 2 Goats brewery in Sept. and found the place very charming with a great view of Lake Senica.

They a draft cream ale, that I fell in love with. Great taste and very smooth. Wanted to take some bottles home. They only had draft at that time.
