A red ale, and a drinkable one at that. Not the best, but a decent red ale.

Pours a deep amber with copper overtones. Has a frothy off white.
Smells of fresh citrus, roasted malt, and toffee.
Buttery toffee up front followed by sharp bitter citrus punch that flows into some sweet citrus notes, finishing with a chewy malt biscuit flavor. This beer has it all. An interesting red ale balanced between hoppy and malty. It has big hop flavors and big malt flavors and retains its balance - very nicely done. The mouth feel is very creamy with a malty chewiness.
