The cousin of Simtra, but brewed with only Centennial and Chinook hops. Need we say more?

There is a stamp on the front of the label next to the man holding the sign saying "09/12/16"
Appearance: The body of the beer has perfect clarity. It is a beautiful medium shade of gold. The white head is thick and fluffy with good lacing and retention.
Aroma: There is a light tangerine aroma and just a bit of alcohol. It smells nice.
Taste: It starts out with this nice bitterness and this slightly sweet mix of malt and what tastes like cedar. There is a bitter orange pith taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a good deal of presence on the palate giving it some heft or weight. Moderate bitter finish.
Overall: It wasn't really a beer that made me jump out of my socks with excitement but it was good enough that I would drink it again. I would recommend it if you're looking for a nice "triple-hopped india pale ale" as the label puts it, but again it's not a beer I would go out of my way for.

Poured into a 13 oz Weyerbacher tulip glass not sure when it was bottled, but I know it is less than 2 months old. Pours a very attractive bright orange with a two plus finger sticky white head that leaves behind plenty of webs of lace.
Smell is apricot, papaya, cannabis, tangerine, pine, and grapefruit rind.
Taste follows tropical upfront leads to pine, marijuana, and grapefruit in the large bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is very large for the style, moderate carbonation, sticky, a little dry, and for 11.3% ABV very drinkable.
Overall this is a very big DIPA that delivers the goods and coats your entire mouth with hoppy goodness.
