Located near the airport in Auburn, in an industrial park, a block from Moonraker. Taps are located right in the brewhouse, 2 bars and a merch stand. About 12 taps and bottles to go. Shaded patio out front. Food trucks every day of the week. KNown for their hoppy beers, the taproom did not disappoint. A few other styles available as well. Nice space

It’s little more than a big warehouse in an industrial park with picnic tables inside, but it’s a cool big wearhouse in an industrial park with picnic tables inside because it has a ton of good beer!

An Auburn staple. Great award winning IPA line up with many rotating styles to boot. Set in a large warehouse right there in the thick of the operating brewery. Always a food truck outside with the small outdoor area. Definitely a brewery to hit if in Auburn.

This place seems to be getting a little small for the crowds now. On the weekends it is hard to find a place to sit and the line for beer can get pretty long. The service the day I was there was a little slow. With all that said I would still recommend a trip because they have a ton of great beers on tap, including some that are hard to find in stores.

Stopped by on a rainy Sunday. There is a nice outdoor seating area to hang out, but being inside where it was dry was nice. The atmosphere is very relaxed, plus family and dog friendly, with board games and corn hole available. I always love being able to really see where the beer comes from so looking right in on the brewhouse, fermenters, and bottling line was cool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Knee Deep is known for their hoppy beers so they tend to dominate the options, but there are other styles available. Pours are all very reasonably priced and they offer growler fills and crowlers to go. On top of all that they regularly have awesome local food trucks out front. I will definitely be back.

Selection is mostly hoppy beers. Specifically double and triple IPAs for the most part. Only fill growlers of their style (Flip Top), not necessarily their label.

Gets incredibly hot in the summer, even had to leave half a pint one time because my girl was about to have heat stroke.

They are doing it right. They have all the ingredients to be a major player in the beer world. The atmosphere is top notch, the room is big and roomy, airy with all the right touches. The beer, well thats a different story. You must like extremely hoppy beers, or else you won't find anything to drink. Variety, not their strong suit. But if you love hoppy beer, you will be very happy. Where else can you get 4 or more 100+ ibu beers? If tasting multiple hop varieties in IPA beer this is your place. Come to auburn, you won't be disappointed.

Its pretty awesome to drink your flight around the fermentation tanks that your beer was in. great music and a nice vibe. Might be a little pricey on the growlers but no one forces you to buy one.

Great little brewery/taphouse. Famous for their super hoppy 2x and 3x IPAS. Unique flavors from this underrated place. Poised to hit the main stream soon.
