Interesting brew. I got one bottle just because I drove a gazilloin miles to get to HF and I generally buy a bunch when I'm there. So I got and am glad I did. A little tart. I might buy another one if I was there when they released it again.

Pours a reddish amber. Not much in the form of head. The cap came off easily, so I wonder if there were some packaging issues. By that, I mean that it didn't seem as tightly on the bottle as other Hill farmstead ales. Smells like many of Hill's saisons. There's that yeasty lemony house character. This carries though as far as taste, but there isn't much else. It's dry. I don't know if greater carb would have led to a more pronounced body, but it felt very thin. I wouldn't call this a disappointment, but it was pretty ordinary by Hill's standards.

2015 bottle. Poured still. Amber color is right on point. Fairly lemony tart. It's an interesting contrast with the malty body. It does drink a little heartier than the others but it is difficult to get all the flavors with no carbonation. It's an annual release and the brewery let this beer out, so I'll rate the experience that I had.

Light amber in color with hints of orange. Off white head that doesn't linger very long. Very little carbonation even with a pretty aggressive pour. HF yeast aroma that has a hint of tartness to it. Just a bit of honey on the nose and flavor. Dry and crisp with more sourness in the flavor than aroma. I'd really like this more if it were carbonated a little more.

Just came in flat, not even a half finger head. Flavor profile was good, right amounts of spice and acidity but really needs some carbonation where this had none.
