Golden Amber in color. Fairly cloudy in appearance. Almost no head. Tart. A bit Malty. Lemon, apple, pear, minerally and some funk. Clean, dry finish. Low to very little carb. It's ok.

Interesting beer from Grassroots, though at least for me, the sour component was a bit excessive. On the nose, one gets some light spice, a hint of clove and even some malty sweetness, but the lemon sour and light funk really take center stage. The flavor profile is just more of the same, with once again the sour component dominating. Drinkability is pretty good, as you would expect with such low (relatively) alcohol, but this beer also has great acidity as well.

Nice beer that would be terrific on a warm day in the summer.

The beer is hazy and golden with a thick, white head. The aroma offers lemons, farmhouse funk, grape skins. Mild acidity with some citrus notes, floral and herbal notes as well. Light to medium in body. A touch of earth and some lemon rind counter a mild sweetness. Tasty.
