Collaboration with Amager Bryghus
This double IPA is a collaborative beer brewed by Shaun E. Hill of Hill Farmstead Brewery with Jacob Storm and Morten Lundsbak of Amager Bryghus (Denmark) at Hill Farmstead Brewery in Greensboro Bend, VT.
The name is inspired by one of Danish writer Hans Christian Anderson's travelogues; the beer represents a vivid but fleeting memory of a productive and wonderful visit by our Danish friends to Vermont's Northeast Kingdom.

A- Poured in HFB Stemware. Opaque Golden color, pours nice thick white head that mellows to a ring after a few sips with a fair amount of lacing. It continues to bubble up from the bottom still after half the pint.
S- Nice very hop-forward DIPA. Piney hops at first, as it warms it gains those citrusy hop notes.
T- Very balanced smooth malt with nice pine hops. As it warms it gains more citrus characteristic, very cool and so good
M- Noticeable alcohol as is pretty standard for a DIPA
O- I think I just found my new favorite DIPA

I wish I knew how fresh it was but the 16.9 oz bottle did not have a date on it.
