I wish I could get this in bottle form to convert some friends from their BMC standards. This is usually on draught at the Library Bar in downtown LA, where I used to work. So I've had this a bunch of times.

The first thing you notice is the glorious malt profile in the nose. Touches of corn also come through. It's a full flavored lager - slight peaks of hops show through, but this is malty beverage. Refreshing in the summer, with high drinkability.

Pours golden yellow clear with white cap on draught at Malibu BEER & wine. Nice clean classic pilsner micro local brew. Crisp, clean and easy drinking craftsman American lager style at 5.6% ABV.

I had on tap at Fathers Office in Santa Monica in November 2022.

One of the best lagers I've ever tried. A little bitter and a touch of spiciness. I wish I could find this in a bottle somewhere. It had a ton of lasting foam which resembled beach foam from a salt water ocean. Flavor was balanced and not off putting in anyway. Even the final sip was delicious.

Edit: I had this on tap at Stout Beer in Santa Monica on August 2023. It's the perfect lager. It's got a bit of bitterness and it's really good. I really wish more breweries would make American Lagers.

This is a very good beer and I am happy to have had it. It is crispy and clean, but has a bunch of flavor. A great way to start or finish your evening.

Look: Slightly hazy gold with a small half-finger white head.

Smell: Malt and a little citrus and hops.

Taste: Biscuity malt, a twinge of hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Average thickness and carbonation.

Overall: A solid lager with more hoppiness than typical.
