Had on tap at The Haven in Orange.
Pours a pale gold maybe yellow hue with a thin ring of white bubbles. Leaves scattered lacing on the glass but not much.
Aroma is mostly a crisp floral hope note. Also some bready notes but they are pretty subtle.
Taste is nice crisp floral hop bite on top of a nice sweet malt backbone. Definately more flavorful than you average pilsener.
Mouthfeel is a little on the thin side. A good beer for when the weather starts to get warm.

Striking bold ale in the Pilsener style.
Pours an attractive pale amber in a tall Pilsener glass at the Linkery, San Diego. Quite full of that odd "permumey" flavor. Sensationally rich with whatever that hop is. The actual fragrance is not so much, however. Malty body cut with lemony, sharp flavors. Classic pils flavors but way hoppy and hugely flavored.
Great rich beer, but more for sipping. Not so id

On-tap at Beachwood BBQ,
A: Pours a clear yellow, medium white head, some soapy lace, fizzy.
S: Nice grass and hay hop components, with a hint of malt, pleasing and true to style.
T: The malt starts to take over in the beginning with sourdough bread and sugar cane flavours, but the hops keep it in check. Grass, hint of pine, nice flavour.
M: Light-bodied, fairly crisp, but a little flabby, not as dry as I'd like.
O: Not a bad pilsner, just nothing really interesting for my palate. On a hot spring day, I wouldn't say no though.
