This double hop pale ale showcases the Citra and Mosaic hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. Ferocious hop aromas of citrus and mango give a refreshing taste that is bright with just enough bite!

Pours a hazy opaque golden color. Thick white head dissipates slowly leaving a thin layer of white foam and some rings of sticky white lacing on the glass.
Aroma has notes of peach, pine, strong grass and some dank herbal notes.
Taste is more of the same with lots of dank grass followed by sweet peach and mango. Some cantaloupe and honeydew notes are also noted before giving way to a somewhat grassy herbal bitter finish.
Feel is light, lively and supremely drinkable. Moderate carbonation.
All around this was a fantastic Pseudo Sue variant. The mosaic is so good in this and compliments the base beer incredibly well.

Best American Pale Ale I have had in a long time. The look was beautifully juicy, with nice head off the pour. The smell and taste is a wonderful mix of hops, citrus, peach, and slight berry. I love the lighter feel of the dry hopping without sacrificing any intensity of flavor. Full disclosure, I do love mosaic hops.

Pours a slightly murky golden-yellow color with a big, foamy white head. Good retention and lacing.
Aroma of fresh citrus, with the hops readily evident. Has a very refreshing aroma. Some very pleasant mango and grapefruit notes.
More fruit focused than hop-centered. Mango and pineapple heavy on the front end. Peach and apricot are present as well. Just a burst of tropical flavors. Some pine resin on the back end that compliment the tropical nature quite nicely, leaving a fantastic aftertaste. It's like the Fruit Loops of beer, only the flavors taste real! Definitely less hoppy than it's previous iterations, but it achieves what it sets out to do. Finishes with a slight bitter finish.
Light bodied and well carbonated. No hint of alcohol. Combined with how refreshing this is, this could do well as a 4 pack on a Friday night.
Overall another great variation on PsuedoSue. Not as good as Galaxy or regular in my opinion, but you can't go wrong if you pick this one up.

Deep golden with a tall white head and a slight haze and great lacing. Pungent fruity dank hop stink. Notes of grapefruit, orange juice, mango, pineapple, hint of guava, and light herbaceous green stuff. Lighter end of medium body, restrained bitterness, dry on the finish and crushable. Does it get better than this? Amazing fruity hop driven IPA.
