A thanks to the amazing woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of tropical fruits. Taste is pineapple, passion fruit, a bit of grapefruit, mild bitterness for a DIPA. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

A beer I would love to hav on tap someday! Bought a can at a beer shop in Cincinnati. Poured into a tulip glass. Bright, slightly hazy yellow color with good great white head and nice curtain lacing. Very distinct citrus smell and taste. Orange, grapefruit and pineapple. Pears and a hint of vanilla. Very creamy, smooth feel. Great beer!

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass canned on 11/5/21. Pours a cloudy orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves a wall of lace with excellent retention. 4
Aroma is mandarin, mango, passionfruit, and apricot. 4
Taste follows mandarin, mango, passionfruit, and apricot. 4
Mouthfeel is a little bigger than average, not sticky or dry, fairly soft carbonation, and at 7.8% it goes down easy. 4
Overall this is pretty good, nothing special but worth a try. 4

From pint can marked PACKAGED 11/05/21
Pours into my tulip glass a clear bright brassy gold with a creamy ecru head. Streaks of fluffy lace. So nice to see a clear body after all the opaque hazed IPAs
Scent is muddled tropical fruits and citrus - papaya, mango, pineapple, orange. Vanilla.
Taste is again tropical fruit and citrus. There's also some stone fruit - peach, nectarine? Very little bitterness. Oh there's a hint of green melon - just noticed that.
Mouth is dry and quenching which is rather nice.
It's certainly a very good IPA but it doesn't knock my socks off like King Sue does.

Gorgeous pour. Soft-looking straw colored haze with a matching mouthfeel. Tropical goodness on the nose. Ripe pineapple, mango and orange hit the tongue with a hop bite that finishes with a spicy kick.
