My goodness this was incredible. I had high standards for the great TG and this one wasn't even as highly ranked as the others I've tried (Pseudo Sue, King Sue, Sosus, Mornin' Latte) but this beer just blew me away. "Best by 7/25/20" printed on can. Pours a surprisingly hazy yellow color with lots of fluffy white head and beautiful small rings of lingering lacing that persisted. Much hazier than I was expecting from a non-NE style IPA. Big fragrant aromas of ripe tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, papaya, orange, guava and passion fruit. Maybe a little melon and lemon. Also malt, creamy vanilla, weaker floral hops. Taste follows the nose, excellent balance and depth, great juicy flavors and couldn't feel or detect the ABV at all. Smooth, luscious mouthfeel, a little sticky, but so soft and reminded me of a Tree House NE style IPA. Great carbonation. Oh man I would love to just keep drinking this all day. An outstanding IPA, definitely my favorite so far (if it's truly considered a regular American IPA).

The head is three fingers deep, just off white and thick with very good retention, no lacing streaks, rather big splotches. Hazy pale yellow liquid, translucent, curious lack of visible bubbles given the immense head. Very crisp, if not lean, nose of pepper, black tea, white grapefruit zest, dry biscuit, in turn has a dry kind of dankness you don’t fine much anymore, laser focused fruit scents of pineapple, star fruit, kiwi, and passion fruit. Medium-bodied, stays in character with a compact, succinct feel mouth an flavor presentation. It’s juicy but more tart than sweet so at times ti comes off as dry. The grapefruit, mandarin orange citrus the major component. Marijuana, black tea leaf, tar, shallots, to cola bean come up next, impressive flavor array. The fruit here about identical to the nose plus some nectarine. Carbonation is quite active and likely contributes to keeping the dryness at bay. Manages to squeeze in a floral lift before it all goes away. Very well done beer. (Canned 7/23/20)

look: bright orange, it pours half clear half hazy in the beginning, as you pour, more and more yeasts gets into the glass and in the end it's completely hazy with a million particles. very thin white head

smell: strong pineapple

taste: pine, mango, pineapple, the piney thing is slightly heavier than the tropical thing in this beer.

feel: creamy, nice aftertaste, medium body,

overall: this is a good one, but nothing is surprising for me.

NUGMO pours an orange juice look and color. A monster of a head. The aroma is citrus, grapefruit and very acidic. Taste is citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and some slight bitterness and a little acidic. Nugmo is smooth with that hint of bitterness that lays gently on the tongue. Overall a very good IPA. Juice Bomb.

Creamy yellow in color with an opaque appearance. Poured with a moderate creamy white foam with good retention. Fruity aromas with notes of tropical pineapple. Medium bodied with medium light carbonation. Silky, creamy smooth feel with pleasant warmth from the middle through the finish. Fruity and mellow tropical flavors, melon, pineapple and papaya. Medium light bitterness that slowly expands through the finish. Finished with light booziness and bitterness along with soft tropical fruity flavors. Great aromas, feel and flavors. Fantastic.

Looks great, but taste is harsh, and overcarbonated. Lots of pineapple flavor, no real nose to speak of, but what's there is almost sour smelling and nondescript. Not a fan. Generally I think Toppling Goliath is overrated as a brewery, I've not found one I was psyched about yet.
