From a 16 oz. can with a BB date of 2/12/22. Sampled Feb 9, 2022.
The appearance is a pulpy looking orange-amber with an off-white head.
The aroma is cereal grain. Vaguely. Orange and tropical fruit for sure. That is how these IPAs go.
The mouthfeel is about medium with a creamy sense in between
The taste is sweet with a cleansing cleaning grain character. Grass. Not unique but really a part of the modern IPA fanclub.

is there a beer tasting class I could take. I hand another Goliath that was better than this delicioius West Coast Style IPA.
And this is good. I like the Office Space Jennifer anniston reference, I am a little buzzed, went back and got the can and got the joke! Nice. A very good beer. I suppose I should start pouring them into a glass pint glass. Heady Topper sez not to do it, why would I do it for any IPA?

The pour is a cloudy lemonade. The head is fluffy and white with lots of lace. The smell is citrus but not one distinct overall smell. The taste is nice, not bitter at all and also not too much acid. It has a little of the IPA bite and some pine on the back end. The feel is much thicker than expected and leaves a nice coating behind. Overall this is a nice beer.
I do think this is a fun beer with the label's reference to Office Space, the collab with Weldworks, and the 4 different unique hops (Idaho 7, Citra, Talus, and Cashmere). However, its just a lot going on that not one thing shines through. So, fun to buy and try.

16 fl oz pull-tab can served into a fancy beer glass (I think it's called something like Rastal Mastercraft or some other such marketing jargon hullabaloo):
I like the hop profile but don't love it. Feels like a mismatch of more classic citrusy hops and some of these new hipster hops that all the kids are into these days.

Poured into a Nonic.
Pours white grapefruit gold with a very fine head and lacing.
Aromas of white grape, peach, grapefruit, vanilla, honey, and grass.
Flavors of pale malt, lychee, white grapefruit, peach, lime, grass, faint resin, and chive. Well balanced.
Moderate body. Nicely carbonated and drying.
TG has perfected the art of the well-balanced NEIPA. This is another one.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour, foamy white head. Fruity aroma, sweet, citrusy notes, hops arise. Hops move front and center in the taste, citrus zest, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple. Sharp bitterness.

Forcing a sense of hop decoration upon the tastebuds, it won't take much of a push to get hop heads to pin this beer onto their drinking sessions. Decorated with Citra, Idaho 7, Cashmere and Talus hops, the palate has its work cut out for it.
Pouring a pastel amber orange, a creamy and foggy appearance leads to a creamy swath of foam that hosts a bevy of fruity hop aromatics that range from citrus, to tropical to stone fruit and to a pungent citronella potpourri. Sweeter though to taste, the upstart in flavors start with the malts- creamy, sweet, cereal-like and laced with a hint of vanilla, suggestions of honeysuckle and light caramel come to mind.
As the show quickly turns back to the hops, the starchy malts simmer underneath to support the fruity hop impressions and to keep them rounded and balanced. Tangerine, red grapefruit, apricot, mango, papaya, passionfruit and lime all embolden on the middle palate before the plump and radiant sherbet-like character develops an herbal, fragrant and perfumy bitterness late in taste.
Sharper with peppery hop resins, the finish comes with an assertive bitterness that acts counter to the linger of cereal grains and associated sweetness. Malty dry and trending refreshing but plump, a finish of fruit peels lead to an aftertaste of hemp, tea, sassafras, chive and fresh grass clippings

Look is apricot-orange. Looks like fruit juice instead of hazy IIPA. Smell. Wow! All kinds of fruit! I don't know the difference between papaya, guava, and mango, but all tropical fruits seemed to have sent representation. Very unique! Quite intense! The flavor has the "buttery electricity" that Toppling Goliath Brewing is known for, but imagine drinking a blend of all the fruits in the Chiquita banana lady's hat, but not like you would blend it. More like a valkyrie would blend it for your first beverage in Valhalla, after falling in a glorious battle. The mouthfeel is vivacious, champagne-like, and effervescent. Overall, this is a new chapter of success for Toppling Goliath Brewing, with an assist from WeldWerks Brewing, who I am a huge fan of!

On draft at Brew Bank Topeka. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of pineapple, grapefruit, orange and sweet caramel notes. Nice tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.
