22 oz bottle poured into a Sam Adams perfect pint shows off a partly cloudy/hazy deep orange brew with a foamy off-white head.

Smell is very strong malt. Like buscuits. Also oranges

The strong caramel malt base dominates the taste. Bready with a touch of citrus hops. Faint orange and grapefruit provide a touch of sourness. Smooth aftertaste.

On the heavier end body wise for a pale ale, but medium overall. Decent amount of carbonation.

Hop hunters are not going to be fighting for this one. Nothing elaborate, but just a very, very good, drinkable beer. Sometimes simplicity is a good thing. I would gladly take this over a SNPA.

Surprisingly bland....faint hops, lots of bread, and a yeast presence that seems off. An odd pale that just isn't all that enjoyable.

Amber orange color with a thick head with decent retention and leaving a wall of laces.
Aroma with notes of tangerines, grass and pine, a bit of caramel, mango and pineapples.
Flavor with notes of grapefruit, tangerines, grass, mango, pineapple and pepper-resiny zest. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Friendly, but still surprising resilient at only 31 IBUs and not really fresh.
Bordering medium body with mild carbonation with very tiny bubbles.
Assertive APA with good bitter sweet balance and predominant green and citrusy flavors with a tropical touch. It borders IPA strength.

Sharp aroma of mandarin oranges, with light toasted and spicy notes. Taste is similar and is a great mandarin orange showcase, but there is a big lingering aftertaste that is a little annoying. While certainly not psuedoSue, this is still quite good.

L: filled with floaties, pours hazy amber filled with moderately fast rising bubbles under a 2" white foam cap with good retention

S: resiny smell laced with biscuit, grass, citrus and a light earthiness

T: lightly sweet with fruit, a hint of apricot and a dose of biscuit and a moderate to moderately high bitter hop accent

F: moderately creamy with medium body and medium carbonation

O; despite the floaties, this beer has a nice blend of flavors, is very drinkable and leaves a nice bitter finish that lingers.

Poured from a 22 oz. bottle into a chalice.

Appearance: Pours a hazy golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. About one finger of off white head which settles into a thin patchy layer.

Smell: A juicy, floral, and earthy hop forward aroma with hints of citrus and grass. Citrus hops with hints of orange, lemon, grapefruit, apricot, and melon. Grassy hops along with some floral and piney hints. Pale malt with hints of caramel, grains, cracker, and yeast. A pretty nice aroma.

Taste: Like the aroma, a juicy and grassy hop forward taste with notes of citrus fruit and grass. Upfront citrus hops with notes of orange, grapefruit, lemon zest, apricot, and melon. Grassy and floral hops along with some pine. Pale malt with some notes of caramel, grains, biscuit, cracker, and yeast. A nice zesty taste.

Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Crisp and juicy with a smooth finish.

Overall: A solid take on an American Pale Ale. Nicely juicy, grassy, and smooth. Not on the same level as PseudoSue but pretty solid.
