Pours a cloudy orange with a finger of white head. Huge aroma of citrus, tropical fruit and resin. Tastes of grapefruit, oranges, mango and evergreen. This is super juicy. Medium light mouth with good carbonation. It's not your typical pale ale, but it's great.

S- Citra hops meld beautifully with grapefruit, orange, slight pine nose.

T- A great combination of everything above. I just put this head-to-head w Zombie Dust and Pseudo remains my favorite APA.

O- Simply the best of its style I've had—The hops are so well rounded, not astringent or bitter (i.e., not cheating by over-hopping it as is common w this style), balanced in every way. Very glad they started doing 4-packs in Madison. Steal at $9 per—only complaint is that TG just needs to make its distribution more regular. Completely lives up to the hype.

PseudoSue definitely lived up to the hype. Possibly my favorite part of this beer is the smell. It is a complex scent of citrus, hops, and a mixture of other spices. The taste mimics the smell very well, with a crisp finish that allows you to taste all the different elements used in brewing this beer. On one my favorite beers to date!

Giving this a new review after trying ti over a year later. Once again i am blown away.
Look-Color is a cloudy tangerine, Pours a finger of white, creamy foam that settles into a respectable layer that retains throughout, and leaves chunks of lacing on the glass.
Smell-As advertised on the bottle, Aroma is full of Ripe mango with hints of citrus.
Taste- Mango and orange peel, slight kick of bitterness to compliment the fruity hops.
Feel-Quite creamy yet very carbonated, with a medium body, which makes for an overall texture that is easy to drink yet satisfying.
Overall- Fruity, sweet, refreshing, and balanced. Truly one of the greatest IPA's i've ever had.

Really great APA, the best I've ever had. Nice golden color, great flavor. At 5.8 abv, drinking it quickly is easy and safe as well.

Love the IPAs from Toppling Goliath. This one is one of my new favorites along with Pompeii. So happy that TGB products are now available in the Chicago area.

This is one of my favorite beers. A great aroma of citrus, pineapple, and grapefruit hits you right from the start. You also get a hint of pine. The hype for this beer is well deserved. TG did an amazing job with this, and I can't wait to see production increase. The only drawback is the availability.

Small pour, about 4 oz, given to me by stillmatic2232. Thanks for the opportunity, man.

Pours a very hazy golden orange, almost like honey. Small half inch head. Not a big enough glass, or substantial enough pour, for any lacing to really form.

One of the cleanest, purest hop aromas I've ever stuck my nose in. Citrus, citrus, citrus.

Tastes amazing. One of the best pale ales I've ever tried. Tons of pineapple, orange rind, lemon, grapefruit. Mild hop bitterness keeps me happy.

Medium bodied, crisp, well carbonated.

I NEED more Toppling Goliath in my life. This is the first one by them I've tried, and I'm hungry for more.

A- Pours a clear gold with orange hues and a three finger head of tight white bubbles that leaves generous amounts of lacing. Quite pretty to look at!

S- The aroma is incredible! Huge tropical fruit and sweet citrus notes! Mango and tangerine dominate, with lemon zest, grapefruit, pineapple, and peach also playing big roles. A touch of pine, caramel and pale malt backbone rounds this out. Perfection!

T- The taste is juicy, as expected. The flavors are more subdued than the aroma, but still there is plenty of mango, peach, and tangerine dancing on my tongue to make me quite happy! Only a mild hop bitterness, and a healthy dose of pale and caramel malts balance this quite well. Maybe a bit cloying as it warms, but not too much.

M- The mouthfeel is juicy, smooth and somewhat full for an APA. I would like slightly more carbonation.

O- Overall this is the best APA I've had to date, and it contends w/ the top DIPAs out there!
