Pours a slightly hazy, dark Amber. Very thin to no head. Smells of Carmel malt, coffee hint, dates.
Piney hops coming through a carm malt backed taste. A mJor wine taste comes out in the transition with a big, boozy bite. This is totally not my thing. Could this be a bad batch?? Drain pouring a TG????? I never thought I would do this.

Aroma is oak/very smoky, caramel/toffee and an undercurrent of pine/spices. The flavor is oak, caramel/toffee, grapefruit, malts, citrus/fruit, slightly spiy and a smoky/bitter/slightly tart finish.

I figured this would be a dry English style IPA, which I don't like.

I poured this and got an auburn slightly cloudy brew with little head and not much lace.
Nose is very good with orange and caramel.
Taste is quite remarkable with caramel, malts and background is hops. Mouthfeel is a little lacking but overall this is quite a good beer. Very unique.

Bomber. Pours deep amber with slight haze, thin bubbly head disappears almost instantly, almost no lace. Sweet caramel, oak, fruit in the aroma. Many flavors come together nicely in this brew, sweet malt, wood, fruity hops, a little citrus, touch of smoke. Really like the taste but the lack of carbonation keeps it from being better. Medium soft mouthfeel but nearly flat.

Picked up on a recent cold night in Wisconsin, well, cold if it were Texas. Have missed this one a few times & now it’s in the crosshairs. 22 oz. bottle split with my wife.

The pour is more amber than pale, with close to zero head: looks like a still red. The nose is tanned leather, oak, caramel, nothing pale about that, either. Mislabel?

Naughty 90 does pale in comparison with well-crafted oak beers. The oak is definitely here but it’s dull, not bright, & tangled up with the caramel maltiness, almonds. Musty hops leave a dankness that sticks around & plays weirdly off the oak. Lack of carbonation makes this too heavy; a taster would have been plenty.

No pale ale in evidence, just a weird, muddled flat beer. Averagely odd.

Poured from a 750ml bottle into a Duvel glass.

Pours an amber slightly hazy body with a 2 finger white head that reduces to leave a little lacing.

Aromas are nice, sweet caramel, toffee, a little nutty, woody. Taste is lightly sweet caramel, peanut brittle, oak, nutty, molasses, finishes roasty, a little bitter from the hops, and toasted malt. Medium heavy body with medium carb.

Overall an enjoyable brew, really liked the complex flavors.
