Notes:
Galaxy and Warrior hops join forces to create a beer with a bitter punch. Big body, bold flavor, with a boost of citrus rind and just a kick of spiciness in the finish, Intergalactic Warrior is an India Pale Ale worth fighting for.

650ml bottle served in a TG snifter.
Pours a darker stone-fruit colour, full-on hazy with a two finger white head, nice retention and longevity, lots and lots of lacing. Looks just about perfect, like a NE IPA. Smells primarily of juicy grapefruit and to a lesser extent, spicy passion fruit, mild resin, pine, mellow caramel, pale malt sweetness. Pretty appealing nose if you're the type that enjoys the New Zealand hop varietals. Flavour is balanced; caramel, passion fruit, spicy hops, resin, a bit of grapefruit and pine, with a mild-moderate citrus rind bitterness that lingers on the palate for a while. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, easy to drink, a bit lower on the carbonation than expected, and pleasantly bitter, mostly citrus rind and resin. Very nice, not difficult to drink by any means. Overall, a nice IPA by TG, one of their better ones. I may possibly prefer this to zeeLander, which is saying a lot.

16oz can into a pint glass. Packaged 9/10/19, so 2 months old.
Standard TG orange juice colored body. Small white head maintains in some form throughout leaving some nice lacing.
Light fruity aroma.
Upon tasting, it's slightly bitey on the tongue. No real citrus flavors come through. The bitterness only appears at the end. Tastes good overall. Somehow manages to be both strong and restrained.
Mouth well above medium, finish slightly soft, with a bitter hint
Overall, not King or Pseudo, but a pleasant and drinkable beer.

My first foray into Toppling Goliath. I'll definitely give them another try after this delicious treat.
Look: Golden straw color with an opaque haze.
Smell: Heavy on the citrus with a little guava mixed in.
Taste: For a single IPA, it packs a really great bitter punch. The mix of warrior and galaxy really works.
Feel: Full and heavily carbonated.
Overall: A great IPA!
