33cl bottle into a Duvel tulip. Enjoyed alongside the French Oak version and a couple Cuban Montecristos on my last night in London.
A: Black body, thin brown head. Good retention, spotty lace. Appealing.
S: Wow, that's amazing. Gigantic, amazingly fresh coffee dominates the aroma, but is accented by spicy chocolate. Simple, and simply perfect.
T: Terrific here, too, with coffee supplying the bulk of the flavor and some balanced sweet/roasty maltiness backing it up. Mild booze on the finish is the only drawback to a truly delicious beer.
M: Fairly full, creamy, and well-carbonated. Terrific.
O: Amazing beer. I'd love to try it side-by-side with American classics like FBS, Speedway, and Wake-n-Bake. I think it would hold its own, and then some.
Cheers!

Served on tap into a half pint tulip stlye glass at the Craft Beer Co
Dark dark brown to almost black in colour with a small finger of white head
Very powerful aroma's hit the nose, strong coffee, burnt roasted malts, sugars and chocolate
Tastes of an Expresso shot, very strong coffee flavours, a little on the sweet side, tan, woody, roasted
A decent breakfast stout, maybe a little too sweet, particularly on the aftertaste
