Had on tap poured into wine glass. A very muddy murky brown and orange copper with no head. A pleasant sourness up front with a very strange aftertaste. Don't really know how to describe it but I like it. Like sour bread maybe...? Anyway, this was pretty awesome for me.

375 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Vika, brewed 2010. ABV is 8%. Cloudy dark red colour, pink head disappears completely after a minute. Strong and intense vinous aroma, notes of red wine vinegar, oak and farmhouse. The flavour is also vinous, tart and medium sour, oaky notes. Very moderate hops. Does not taste as strong as 8%, nor by my own buzz-o-meter.

375ml bottle from 2013
Dark pour with sediment, decent head. The bottom of the glass has what seems to be old fruit jam pasted to the bottom. Unique plastic seal on the bottle cap, along with an annoying foil wrap. Smells very pungent and is similar to the flavor, vinegar soaked berries with lots of strawberry and cherry, also oak and slight diaper(!?)... equal parts ugh and delightful. Lots of berry and the complete lack of malt are a positive here. Beautiful and bright feel, and the 8% is completely hidden, but this stuff is very hard to drink for whatever reason, so it just gets a 2.5 on feel
I got this for $3 on discount and that may've factored into my appreciation slightly. Either way, it's quite unique in style, bottle, smell, and taste. Complex, interesting, powerful bitter/sour flavors... also overstaying it's welcome after ~4oz - BUT also I bought another for keeping, so that says something, either about me or the beer

Overall I think this was a pretty good more tart American Wild Ale
Look: Red-purple hue with a very thin quickly disappearing white head
Aroma: cran-grape, wine
Taste: The flavor is red wine, grapes, cranberry, it's quite tart, no hint of the alcohol.
Feel: It is light and easy drinking.

Tap @ Moor, Bristol - Pours light red with a small foamy white head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - fruits - cranberries/grapes, acidic and woody notes in the back. Taste - Tart, sweetish, ripe fruits - cranberries/raspberries/grape notes, oaky feel. Nice fruity sour.

Purple and red fruit juicy. Cranberries on the nose and it follows through with cranberry and raspberry tartness with a slight creamy milkwheat. Vineous notes come through with a pinot noir rose. Tart, dry, crisp and salty.

Pours a dark red, nearly mahogany with ruby highlights, and no head to speak of. Smells very acetic with an underlying aroma of dark musty fruit.
The taste has a sharp acetic stinger up front with notes of sour apple and cherry underneath. The mouth feel is relatively light, considering the ABV, and the carbonation was on the lower end.
A very good example of the up and coming "American Wild Ale" style, though from an Italian brewer in this case.
