12oz can from Main Market in Spokane. Pours out pinkish color like pink grapefruit juice, initial foamy head fades to pretty much flat. Aroma is sweet berries with some minor tropical notes. Taste is more of the berries and a hefty helping of the salt. Tartness comes from both the salt and some of the sweetness but it really is salty as a mother f*****.

single courtesy of my wife's boss
12oz can poured into Ronan Co-op Belgian-style tulip
p- flat pink with a slight haze; gold hues; small white head; quick recession
n- bold tart notes, dashed with subtly sweet huckleberry; a sugary note in there as well; makes my mouth water just smelling it; notable; takes on more sweetness as it warms
t- not as tart as the nose lets on; acidic and grassy notes, subtle huckleberry, and some crackery malt; actually drinks pretty nicely
mf- light-med bodied; high carb
o- really pleasant- enjoyed this more than I thought I would; the nose really kicks it up a notch; would have again

Second birthday beer from Washington State. Billed as a Berliner Style Ale but tastes like a sweet and sour wine cooler. Pours a golen, almost clear color. Sweet aroma, like a citrus cooler. Tastes like a light sour; fruity. Tangy mouth feel.

22oz bottle split between a pair of large snifters. No date that I see.
Pour clear, lightly pinkish/purple tinge to a mostly amber beer. Head is small, not much carbonation. Smell is a surprisingly strong blast of berry aroma. Kind of amazingly strong. It smells like a blackberry pie.
Taste is strong on berries, with a medium tartness.
Mouthfeel is dry and light. Overall, this is a quite good beer, very easy to drink.

Poured from 22oz bomber into a tulip.
Appearance: medium orange hue with plenty of haze and a thin layer of white foam.
Smell: rich, sweet huckleberries with just enough tartness to really make the fruit pop. I'm a fan of huckleberries in general, and this really works.
Taste: tart, even for a Berliner weissbier, with a great huckleberry flavor and a nice wheaty finish. This is one book you *can* judge by its cover: "huckleberry pucker" is exactly what you get.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is a seriously tart and refreshing beer. If you like fruit beers, this is absolutely worth trying.

On tap in a tulip. Big foamy head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving the glass coated with suds. Aroma is all huckleberries. The taste is tart huckleberries. Fortunately, the fruit intensity isn't messed up with sweetness; if the berries were sweet, this much fruit would be cloying, but there's hardly any added sweetness. It's like grabbing a handful of ripe berries off the bush, except of course they are brought to you in a cold refreshing beer. Great beer for the summer-like weather we've been having in Seattle this April.
