Just went to a brewing class and was my first visit to this place, but had heard alot of good things about it.

Unbelieveable place, a must if you are an at home brewer. Service is unbelieveable, knowledge of every product in the store and the "how to's" of brewing was unreal! People that work here are extremely nice and always willing to help or give good advice.

Selection of products is out of this world and a very nice selection of glassware to go with it.

Highly recommend checking this place out and also recommend checking a class out too!

Heard great things about this place and just had to go there for my next home brew recipe. This place is amazing! Excellent inventory of ingredients to make pretty much whatever you want!

The owner Bill was super friendly and knowledgeable not only about beers but wines as well. He was more than willing to share his knowledge about grains and hops and went as far as letting us taste the grains as he described them to us.

They have 4 home brews on tap for you to sample and enjoy as much as you want.

Their prices are very competive.

If you're getting into home brewing or would like to take classes to learn more about it, there's no other better place to go to in this area.

Husband and I checked this place out a couple of weeks ago, heard good things from a friend. Still has that 'new place' smell. Husband of one of the co-owners did all the woodwork in the place (shelving, cashier area, tasting bar). Things are nicely laid out, bright, lots of space between the aisles, including the area where the hops are displayed.

Staff is very enthusiastic and easy to talk to. They have a couple of beer taps next to the bar for tasting, as well as wine for sampling, great idea! They are continuing to add to their inventory and offer workshops as well.

Would definitly recommend this place if you are in the Pottstown area (North End shopping center on Charlotte).

New store in the Pottstown, PA area, I believe they opened June 2010. I did not get there till this past fall. The lay out is really nice and you can tell they put sometime and energy into. Having a sample station is a nice touch!

Thus far the service has been really great. They were really cool and very helpful in helping me getting my home keg system up and running and the ingredient selection for brews is very good. Over the last couple of visits there they have been adding additional items like different glassware, etc.

Highly recommend checking them out.
