my first beer from these guys, and i really like it. honey is an easy ingredient to use to spike abv, but its a tough ingredient to get flavor to come through because the sugar contained in it is so readily fermentable by ale yeast. this is a remarkable beer because its super dry, but also has a great honey flavor to it, and its all in the finish, which is fantastic. pours a light hazy yellow without a ton of head on it, but looks lively enough in the glass. the nose is white wheat malt, lemongrass, a hint of generic citrus but i cant place oranges specifically, and then the honey, which is raw and wild and floral and summery and really attractive. in the flavor, the yeast is a little weird, it has a slight sort of tang to it which could also come from the citrus i suppose. makes it thin and almost sharp up front, but the honey more than makes up for it on the back end. its like clover and orange blossom honey together, pollenated and like fresh flowers, its great, but its also not very sweet. not sure how they did it, but it rules. carbonation is there, and while i would like a little more body to this, i also appreciate it being so easy drinking. great summer beer.

from a can poolside - pours pale straw color with white head that slowly dissipates. 100% clarity. aroma of orange zest and slight honey sweetness along with malty wheat breadyness. body is medium light, creamy texture and no detectable astringency. moderate carbonation. flavors include subtle sweetness from the honey, and more of a citrusy, orange note. ever so slight bitterness for balance. surprisingly the finish is short and dry.

Pint can to glass, clear straw colour with almost no head.
Honey, orange, citrus bouquet.
Clean, honey and orange peel. Mid-Carbonation.
Overall, a very easy drinking ale, great to enjoy during the summer heat.

Really good beer. Very similar to a shock top or blue moon with orange garnish but with a very solid and smooth malt finish. Amazingly great tasting beer
