Growler shared on the party bus to San Diego, CA.

Pours a slightly murky dark orange-brown with a foamy tan head that settles to an oily film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, citrus fruit, and citrus zest aromas. Taste is of toasted malt, slight citrus zest, and some earthy, dirty, herbal hop flavors. There is a medium amount of hop bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable but has some pretty intense hop flavors.
