From LiquorLand Cairns

Pours a hazy straw, one finger white head, large bubbles, excellent lace for a bottled beer.

Aromas are average, sweet malts, some metal, some corn.

Taste is quite sweet - malt driven, hint of metal as it warms.

Mouthfeel spot on, well carbonated but no mineral twang.

But let's forget the metallic twang and drink it fast - best from the bottle on a hot FNQ day in which case it is a top drop, very well made beer for 3.3 percent.

Pours gold with a quickly fading head.
Pretty plain aroma, not much in there. A bit of cardboard-like malt and little else.
Light flavours too, but there's some biscuity malt along whit a soft vegetal and stale malt note. Faint lemon too. Dry finish with a reasonable bitterness.
Way too much carbonation.

Had on-tap at the brewery's outlet at Cairns Airport on a recent trip.

Surprise, surprise. Like the rest of the range, this pours a weak, pale piss-yellow colour, with at least a decent head. It looks just like all the other crappy beers in the range. In fact, by this stage, I'd gotten so shitty with the blandness that I took half a point off out of spite.

Nose is watery, faint. weak. Really, there's nothing on it. Maybe, just, maybe, there's a hint of something faintly yeasty, or perhaps the rich, full aromas of plain white flour. But really, this is awful stuff. (My original notes phrased this a little less diplomatically).

Taste is also just as weak and flat. Maybe there's some grain there? Nope, not quite: perhaps they wafted an empty grain bag over the boiling kettle. Nope, probably not even that. Moreover, despite the fact that it tastes of nothing, it's an offensive nothing. How do you even do that?

Easily the worst of the lot, and that's quite a bunch you're fighting against. It lacks any semblance of taste or flavour. Pointless, nihilistic stuff.
