Undated bottle at 45 degrees into standard pint glass
Aroma sour
Head huge (8 cm), white, fizzy, rapidly diminishing to a broken 1 mm layer
Lacing none
Body light yellow, hazy
Flavor begins sour and dry – no malt, no hops, no diacetyl, no alcohol, very refreshing for a weisse
Palate light, dry, lively carbonation

This is a dry, refreshing, slightly lemony beer which would be an excellent lawn mower beer. Definitely worth trying – more jobs for Lactobacilli!

I got two pours out of the 16.9 oz bottle. The first yielded a crystal clear straw color with more than two fingers of fizzy head that quickly receded into nothingness. The second pour yielded a cloudy color (due to the bottling yeast on the bottom) and the same head as the first pour.

The nose had only slight yeasty notes along with the essence of lemons. The body and flavor profile are quite light and highlighted by a touch of lemon.

This would make for an excellent summer drink, but it's really not my preferred style.
