I can't wait to buy another one of these. I'm so sad the bottle I was drinking is gone. A beautiful Berliner with all the right flavor and aroma notes.

Lactic qualities present in the aroma and obviously in the flavor and finish. Has a touch of a yogurt kind of smell but really more on the tart than sour side. Unlike some other Berliners I've had, this one actually opened up nicely and improved in flavor as it warmed up. The wheat lends a really nice smooth and silky feel on the tongue, which is balanced by prickly carbonation. Just a really well done version of this style.

Bright golden sun in body topped with marshmallow head. Aroma of banana, pear, vanilla, yogurt. Tastes of pear, banana, vanilla, lemon cookie, zest, subdued hop presence, and apple. High carbonation but light in body. Finishes rather clean. I wish it were a little more sour but this beer is very good nonetheless.

Pale yellow, with a decent pure white head that dissipated quickly leaving no head. Smell hints at the lactic acid, you only taste it a bit, like the tartness of a citrus fruit. Quite a wonderful beer for sitting outside on a lazy afternoon watching the clouds roll by.

Light pale gold color..pours a brite white head. Smell is slightly fruit tart (apples, lemons). Lactic acid gives off a great blend of funky sour fruitful and dry flavors. Very nice easy drinking sour characteristic. Very good take on the style.

The beer pours pale, straw colored with a nice frothy head that exits fairly quick. The aroma suggests citrus, spice, light fruit and a touch of funky barnyard mustiness in the background. It is fruity, very tart, dry and refreshing, with a hint of sourness. The quintessential summer afternoon beer. It’s not potent enough to do too much damage. The tartness encourages you to drink slow and the tartness and fruitiness especially in the aftertaste help it last.
