Quite simply, I’m not feeling it. It kind of smells like a TV dinner - and the last time I checked, that’s not good. Taste is a bit subtle like your stoner cousin’s brain waves after a dab of kush, and then also something rotten (what that something is, I’m not sure). But this one is ripe nasty.

Good mouthfeel, nice aroma but kinda subtle. I love the pale orange color. However, the more I drink it I get this lingering hop bitterness that I’m pretty sure is coming from over extracted dry hops. I could be wrong, but that’s what it tastes like to me. Going in the right direction, would drink again, but there’s room for improvement. Also great can art. Partly why I bought it.

For looks and feel, this beer hit the NE style marks pretty well. Looks like agua de platano, for all you carniceria frequenters. A cloudy light yellow with a frothy white head. Smells like a blend of pinapple, mango, and earth, but all three being faintly present. Much the same with the flavor. Very muted. Great frothy feel, mild carbonation and a good amount of bitterness to finish it off. Overall, this was a pretty decent NE style pale ale, but it needs to be dialed in a touch more. Cheers!
